I have lived in Summit County since 2001. I am happily married to Drew Greer who works for Summit County in their recycling division. I have two wonderful daughters, Stella (age 4) and Clara (age 4). I also have a very handsome golden retriever, Duncan, and a beautiful Ragamuffin kitten, Cosette. When I am not selling real estate I enjoy playing with my children, skiing, attending exercise class, reading and following sports.
I am a graduate of Harvard College (class of 1994, A.B. cum laude) and Harvard Law School (class of 1998, J.D.). In addition to my seven years of real estate sales in Summit County, I have sales experience including work as a sales representative for Procter & Gamble and as a sales representative for a Breckenridge builder and home remodeler.
I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, the hardest real estate designation to earn because of the rigorous production requirements and the extensive further education required. Less than 4% of the Realtors in the nation have been able to earn this designation.
I am an active member of the Summit County Builders Association. I am one of only two real estate agents in the county who is a member of this organization which gives me unique access to potential buyers of land and sellers of new construction.
I am one of the very few agents in Summit County who has been given the wonderful opportunity to be the listing agent for a new development. I have successfully worked to sell the Blue River Warehouses subdivision consisting of 27 commercial warehouse units. I have now begun to re-sell units for buyers in the complex who are moving on.
While with Century 21 for seven years I won numerous awards. In 2005 I was the second highest producing Century 21 agent in Summit County and received Century 21’s Centurion Award, an award reserved for the top 3% of Century 21 agents in the world. In 2006 I was the third highest producing Century 21 agent in the county, and one of the top 30 in the state of Colorado. In 2007 I was the second ranking Century 21 agent in Summit County and the 29th ranking agent in the entire Rocky Mountain region (out of more than 2100 agents). For 2008 I was again the second highest producing Century 21 agent in Summit County, and the 40th ranking Century 21 agent in the Rocky Mountain region.
I am now affiliated with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit, with offices in Breckenridge, Frisco and Keystone. RE/MAX has been serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Summit County for twenty-two years. We have continually increased our market share in Summit County and have been the leading real estate firm in the county for over 16 years. In an annual poll (the "Best of the Summit") taken by the Summit Daily News, RE/MAX Properties of the Summit has been voted "Best Real Estate Company in Summit County" by our clients, friends and neighbors for six years in a row. We have the largest market share for both buyers and sellers, and our goal is not only to keep our stronghold on the market, but to continue to increase it in the future years. Listing your property with a RE/MAX agent means that more buyers will see your property, and that buyers will feel comfortable purchasing your property. Working with a RE/MAX agent to purchase property means that you will receive the best service possible in Summit County.
